Uzbekistan: Electronic Employment Contracts
Starting from January 4, 2025, employment contracts with employees, including foreigners, must be concluded in electronic form through the 'Unified National Labor System,' and paper contracts must be registered in this system.
Access to the signed contract for employees is provided through their personal accounts on the Unified Portal of Interactive Government Services (http://my.gov.uz/).
These changes were introduced by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated December 27, 2024, No. 891.
