Hungary: EU Blue Card Wages
Starting January 1, 2026, the minimum monthly wage for third-country workers employed under an EU Blue Card, as specified in paragraph 3, section 1 of Decree 44/2011 XII.16 by the Ministry of the Interior, will be 1,001,048 HUF. Additionally, the minimum monthly wage according to paragraph 3, section 2 of the same decree will be 800,838 HUF.
Employers are required to adhere annually to these wage levels for third-country nationals employed with an EU Blue Card.
