Azerbaijan: quota applications for 2026 to be submitted before may
Local companies looking to hire foreign nationals in 2026 are required to submit quota application before May 1, 2025. This can be done online, using ASAN system, with digital signature.
The government will assess the submitted applications and publish the approved quota numbers in November 2025.
Please note that some categories of foreign nationals and companies are quota exempt (for example, newly formed companies within the first year of their operations). It is best to consult with an immigration expert with regards to applicability if this rule in a particular situation.
