Serbia: A qualified electronic certificate can now be added on foreigner’s Single or Residence permit

In today's digital age where business operations progressively shift online, a digital certificate has become a necessity. A qualified electronic certificate has endless possibilities and functions inclusive of digital signing of the documents, engaging with government agencies and accessing their portals such as: Tax office, e-Invoice portal – SEF (e-faktura), Central Register of Mandatory Social Security, the e-Government Portal (e-Uprava), company’s e-mailbox (e-sanduče) and the Customs administration, online banking etc. 

Romania to Increase Minimum Wage

As of July 1, 2024, Romania's minimum wage will increase from 3,300 RON to 3,700 RON per month, or approximately 750 euros. This is equivalent to 22.024 RON per hour for full-time employees who work an average of 168 hours per month.

Ukraine: dual citizens may be refused exit from Ukraine

As reported by the media with reference to the spokesperson of the State Border Service of Ukraine Andriy Demchenko, male citizens of Ukraine aged from 18 to 60 who also have another citizenship and reside abroad will not be allowed to leave Ukraine in accordance with the restrictions on exit currently enacted due to the state of martial law. Previously, an exception was made in practice for this category of persons.

We would like to note that the same information is published on the website of the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv. According to its sources, the restriction on exit for the mentioned category of dual citizens has been implemented as of June 1st, and this restriction extends as well to Ukrainians, who have U.S. citizenship.
